Working with Franco and Cesar has begun to bring clarity to an area where there is much doubt. Dealing with global remnants of war, there will always be uncertainty. The process of beginning to define that uncertainty in order to improve planning processes has been a revelation and has aided elements of the international mine action community to significantly improve their cost efficiency. The Oboni perspective is often unexpected, usually enlightening and certainly challenges preconceptions.
